Re: horn doesnt work....missing all steering wheel parts
These came out of my 75 when I swapped steering wheels because of the sticky goo problem. The 3 screws go into the 3 holes in your wheel. The horn button just snaps into the cup. I think your brown wire is wrong for your wheel. In its place will be the little bayonet black plastic thing, spring and small piston. Sorry, don't remember exactly how they go in. The bayonet thing is common among a lot of GM vehicles from that period. Allows for a lot of cross swapping possibilities.

Re: horn doesnt work....missing all steering wheel parts
Thanks a million, thats exactly what I needed
I think that wire is from an adaptor for a grant steerng wheel. I bet the previous owner at some point had a grant and switched back to stock and never completed the horn parts. I think If I remove the wire, put back spring/pin/holder assy with other parts you have shown I will be in good shape. The horn circuitry works if I touch that wire to center bolt of steering wheel they honk.

Re: horn doesnt work....missing all steering wheel parts
That tan wire is from one of the newer style steering wheels
