upgrade from idiot lights to gauges

i have a 1966 chev 3/4 ton 4x4 ,350 4sp/std

a question i need to know what harnesses need to also be changed
i have seen even the main harness -with fusebox listed as lights or gauges !

i know i will need all senders and wiring for them ,also i think there is a underdash gauge harness

any assistance appreciated i have found a gauge panel here and just need to know what all i need

Main underdash harness, cluster harness, engine harness are the 3 that will need to be modified or replaced. I did the conversion in my 63.

i would imagine i would have to do the same for an updated say 6 gauge panel with modern gauges?

any recomendations for good priced harnesses always nice to go new if possible
i could also use an updated engine harness for HEI .

I went w/classic parts for my harness's. They also have the engine harness for HEI. You can reuse the old harness, but there are some modifications.....ammeter has to be wired, temp guage has one wire not too (plus different sending unit), oil pressure sending unit has to be removed and plumbed to the guage. Fuel remains the same.
