Neutral Safety Switch for 4L80e
I'm assuming that is what the black box connected to my shift lever is. The are two plugs coming from the box but no place for them in my aftermarket harness. Do I need this switch? Is this in fact a NSS?

Re: Neutral Safety Switch for 4L80e
No needed, basically all that does is indicate the PRNDL on the dash of the late model trucks. The ECM does not require input from it, and since no one runs the little info HUD from the late models, it serves no purpose.
