have a '69 c10 and the connector to the back of the gauge panel is messed up, 2 gauge with lights, want to change over to the one with the gauges but need a plug and cant find one from aftermarket places here, are they the same plug or differant, info as to someone that may have an outlet for it, thanks for any info.

They are different. I think you need to change the whole harness to go to gauges. I know there is a write up on here somewhere.

thanks, but the plug is not usable and if i need to change it out cant find one to wire to, i'll look for the wright up and see what it says, thanks again,

I believe the plugs are the same, but the wire locations are different. The conversion to a gauge cluster needs a new harness, or you can modify per this link: http://www.gmcpauls.com/Tech%20Tips1.htm Page down to view the conversion process.
