coil-over spring rate question

Quick question for those of you that have coil overs...

What spring rates are you running front & rear? I have a 5.3 going in a 48 - just looking for some "already done it" experience.

Thanks

On the front we run a 500 lb spring on our frontends for a 5.3 motor.

On the rear of the truck with a 4-bar we use 300lb spring.

It works great for us

Re: coil-over spring rate question

Thanks for the information Justin.

I just wondered what a pretty common coil-over spring set up for that type of application would be.

Thanks again.
