My new 12,000lb winch set up!
Took a reciever hitch extension and welded a couple plates to it and mounted a winch to it,,installed a reciever on my car trailer and one under the front bumper of my truck,,so now can move the winch front to back on the truck and mount it on the trailer,When mounted in the rear of my truck can still install a drop hitch to pull a trailer, only problem is it weighs 118 lbs!

Looks good, You might want to consider cutting the mounting tray down however, doing so will knock several pounds off of it, every little bit helps when you are trying to lift it.

I did cut the mounting tray down, left enough to protect the winch motor, here are before and after shots.
