looks like the charcoal canister, it helps with fuel fumes odor.

That's the vacuum reservoir for the AC/heater controls..... Removing it will cause air flow through the vents to change top to bottom etc. as engine vacuum drops under acceleration or loads (going up hills).....

Your a/c blend doors are controlled with vacuum. The ball stores vacuum, if you are still running your stock a/c system you need the ball to operate the vents and yes you can relocate it.

you can put that puppy where ever and however you wont as long as the vacuum lines are hooked up

if its not hooked up all your vents will blow hot air ..... witch reminds me I have to hook mine up
