carburator ?

does anyone know what the original carb looked like or any pics.on the 327 for a 66.or even one for sale???

Just goin on what I've seen, was a square bore with 2-4? squirters on top?. I'm sure i'm wrong though

More that likely it was a Rochester 2GC or poss Rochester 4GC,

The original carb used on the 220HP "High Torque" 327 in 10-30 series trucks is a Rochester model 4G #7025125. Or #7036125 if your truck is equipped with an "Air Injection Reactor" aka smog pump.

Here are a couple example photos:




Note that the 4G used in trucks is set up for a hand choke. The 4GC version used in cars has the automatic choke.
