Re: What do i need to change on my driveshaft
I am no expert here but logic would tell you that you need a yoke that fits the tail shaft of the transmission you just put in and then you need to measure to see how long of a driveshaft you need.
No one can really answer the question since they do not know what transmission you had prior to the swap or what rear end is in the truck. I do however reserve the right to be wrong.

Re: What do i need to change on my driveshaft
I have a turbo 350 tranny and a 65 12 bolt. It has a 27 spline out put shaft. Yokes take a 1310 series u-joint which is 1-1/16" diameter caps. I am running a one piece shaft but I don't know where my motor sits compared to stock as I have a Porter Built touring crossmember. I know the center to center on the shaft is around 57" or so.

Re: What do i need to change on my driveshaft
When you put the yoke in the T350 push it all the way in and then pull it back out one inch and then measure the length of your ds from centre of ujoint to centre of ujoint.

Lay everything you have on the floor and compare. Measure also. Do a little research on what you have and what you need. Post up some pics here of what you have and maybe we can help you identify what you have and need still.
