Anyone running CPP tubular control arms with 3 in drop spindles?
Heres a shot in the dark to a very specific problem but here it goes. Anyone running CPP tubular control arms with 3in drop spindles and 15 in wheels? If yes did you have any clearance problems like the stock lower controls arms have and what is your backspacing?
Thanks |

Re: Anyone running CPP tubular control arms with 3 in drop spindles?
Almost but not quite. I'm running CCP tubular control arms with their 2 inch drop spindles, 1 inch drop springs and 15 inch wheels. If your referring to the lip interference on the stock lower then no. I'm running American Racing Torq-Thrust D, 15 x 8.5, 3.75 inch backspace and they fit with about 1/4 inch clearance between the wheel and the lower control arm. I also have a set of 15 x 8 steelies, with 4.25 in. backspace and they will not clear the lower control arm. Hope this helps.

I am, but mine has Weld Draglites on the front and only have a 3.5" backspace, but no problems.

I have cpp control arms that they say are "powder coated" I live in MD and have had them on my truck for 2 years and they are chipped and rusted like they've been on there for 20 years..
