1972 C20 Clutch Linkage Assembly (Parts)
I need to replace the upper clutch push rod on my '72 C20. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a good diagram or parts list for this?
I've found several web sites (LMC, Brothers, American Classic, H & H Classic) that have the upper push rod and other clutch linkage parts but, I can't find the nylon (plastic) bushing(s) anywhere. Any suggestions for where to find this will be appreciated. I must admit, I don't have my truck in front of me. I took it to a shop and I was told these parts were needed. I don't know much about it. So, maybe I'm asking a really stoopid question but, it's part of learning. Thanks in advance for any help. |

Classic Parts sells the bushings. I seem to recall they had a decent diagram in their catalog too. Those are the parts that cost 95 cents, but cost $10 to ship.

Thanks PatrickGMC70,
I see pretty good detail in their diagram except for the upper push rod. I searched their (pdf) catalog for the upper push rod but, couldn't find anything. Maybe they call it a different name? |
