C10 EMBLEM question

Can the C10 emblems on the side of the front fenders be changed without pulling the fenders?

Try removing the bolt at the bottom corner fender pocket (if it's not too badly rusted) then you may create enough flexibility to access the emblem nuts. If you get the bolt out, put some anti-sieze on it when you put it back in. It sucks to re-drill and tap when they snap off. Been there, done that.
