wipers, wipers, who's got good wipers
I'm at the point of adding electric wipers to my 3100. I want a kit that is 2 speed and self parking. I know there are kits out there but what would anyone recommend.

No experience with them but I seen Speedway has them. Whenever you get a set up that works good let us know, I'm going to have to get something for my 51. I need what you need, 2 spd, park etc.

1949 ad & rain x on the glass. I need wipers for those misty spring days in Seattle.

Re: wipers, wipers, who's got good wipers
This is the unit from Classic parts, it is a direct bolt in deal with the switch pre wired. I think it is the same as Newport Engineering. I have used their unit on another build and it worked very good. The only issue on the AD truck is the upper cable for throttle control will no longer work due to space limitations. Hope this helps.

Re: wipers, wipers, who's got good wipers
I found out that Classic Parts sells Newport Engineering units. There is one that has a smaller bracket to clear the choke / throttle cable. Newport also sells an intermittent switch but Classic doesn't have it. The prices are the same so I'm putting the Newport unit on my C'mas wish list.
