LS Programmer/tuner in CA?

Hey guys,
A good friend of mine is putting a 5.3LS into a 69 non-C10 Camaro.
I'm trying to find a place or person to take it to and have it "redone." Preferrably Sacramento area, but I'm not picky.
He thinks I'm some sort of info guru so he asked me. Please give me some info so I can continue living his lie
Any help would be appreciated. I guess it doesn't even have to be in CA.

Thanks
Jeff

Thanks Daaaanz,
I gave the info to my buddy.
Interesting enough, I guess someone from there, and someone from around here got busted for $1 million/year growing operation, but that was back in 08.
