To be honest I'd offer him about $1,300 I mean honestly that's what I bought mine for but again mine is a c10 but still you have to look at a bigger picture, on the brakes I would want to verify he's done all the work he has cause he could be lying about it all.
Take it for what its worth but that's my advice
