New fuel cel, well old actually.
Here's what I bought to make a fuel cel in my 58 GMC. It's a 50's cooler with a galvanized liner. I think it should work good because it has a drain I can run the fuel line through and should keep the fuel cool haha. I need to buy a sending unit for the fuel gauge yet and seal the top. It holds 15 gallons.

That's a slick idea. If you don't mind me asking, where.how much did you get the cooler for? I've been trying to find one in my area, and haven't found anything.
thanks, |

Re: New fuel cel, well old actually.
I bought it off eBay. There are quite a few on there, I paid $220 for this one so their not cheap. I missed out on an almost perfect one before this but this one matches the petina of the truck.
