I was after a 72 jimmy ideally and ended up with a 75 blazer. 72 Jimmy IS the best looking of them all i feel though - those double headlights. Awesome!

Good looking rig. I personally have seen very very few K5s with a 4-speed the upper trim package, and A/C (looks like a High Sierra symbol on the rear) which suggests rarity to me. But what is the deal with the center console??? That is the second one to show up in otherwise original K5 pics lately, but I'm not familiar with that style with the recessed lock on the front.

That's not a GM truck console. It's from a '80s Bronco.

And this will help explain the center consoles over the yrs. There was only 3 styles and first two are almost identical.
You are right about 4spd in Blazer and Jimmy with higher option pkgs. It was offered but most took the auto.
