The bugs in Florida would destroy that thing in a week or less. They got some BIG bugs down there! It would be more like a sieve. Just chops them up in smaller pieces. Just change it out for a new screen when you can't see through it anymore I guess. LOL!

yeah, i agree with both of you. and it does look like it'd be pretty easy to make. i can copy the factory install papers for you if you need them pimpston65. might help with some measurements

ima look for the mesh this weekend cuz i think its tiny squares and loose like chainmail suits and i guess i can use rivets for the 4 eyelets eh. if you print a copy the would be awesome i can make it same size as the radiator im assuming thats all it should protect right and the vinyl strip will be a breeze

I looked this morning in the accessory book. They have all the bug screens listed, but not for the radiators. They are the bug screens for the windows on the vans/wagons. But they look pretty cut and dry.

thats just dumb, well at any rate it does exist so ima work on my ideas at the craft and building supply store just wont have the instructions maybe the seller can put a closeup pic and i can snag it and reproduce it. i got a auto museum library close i can go through the archives and see if they have it

most likely a repop as the paper is different amd im not sure if the paper is sewn into the vinyl. like a pillow only to be removed by owner????

Ill look through some more literature I have and see what else I can find tonight. I know its in the accessory purchase book, just not in the 63 accessory install book.
