Which interior do you like?
Truck had the red one when I got it. Now it has the red, black, gray, white, and a cd player.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I like the new grey one personally. I think the red is just too much red.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I disagree, the red was retro and cool. The grey looks like a new generic Chevy econo-box. Every new car has a grey interior.
Put the all red back in!! MOFWIW

Re: Which interior do you like?
I had a shop do the seat. I thought it had to much red. And I don't like vinyl seats.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I agree, red overload on the first one. Nice seat cover, did you have that done at an upholstery shop or did you buy a cover somewhere?

Re: Which interior do you like?
The red is too much. The new seat doesn't look right, too many colors. The gray doesn't work for me.

Re: Which interior do you like?
Interior depends on what the outside of the truck looks like. The red interior would be really cool on a customized truck.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I kind of like the red. I'm sure a psychologist could name my defect, but I just sold a silver 69 Chevelle with red interior, red carpet, red dash, red vinyl seats, red visors, red headliner, etc, etc. and I liked it, too. Of course I've spent close to thirty years in red trucks with red flashing lights...maybe my rods and cones are messed up?

Gray seat looks much better. Took mine to the upholstery shop today for gray vinyl.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I like the grey more. Looks more comfortable. Even with the grey the red is still too much for me. If it were mine I'd change the carpet, and keep the red dash and doors more as accent pieces.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I gotta say I like the grey one better...the red one is just waaaaay to bright and the grey tones everything down...if the outside of the truck isn't super flashy the inside shouldn't be. But to each his or her own ideas.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I am not going to change it back. I am nuts, but not that nuts. I would have changed the carpet, but I am to cheap. Here is a pic of the truck.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I like the painted door panels better, but like the old vinyl red seat. I never liked cloth seats in a 60-66truck, just never seemed right to me. It's your truck though, so it don't matter what we think. Truck looks great.

I like the new gray. But we all have our thoughts that suit us.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I like the square sewn red stuff, but the new interior certainly looks more contemporary and comfortable.

Re: Which interior do you like?
I ike the red/white door panels, but personally would have done the seat red/white, kind of like an original style.
BUT it's your truck, and both do look good. I'd just like to have either-mine is all mismatched right now! LOL! |
