Just sandblasted OEM in bed spare tire mount

This is an ORIGINAL GM in bed spare tire mount/carrier. These seem to be relatively hard to fin around here. This is only the 3rd one I have found and one was really rusty. I had this one sandblasted at the same place I get my stuff powder coated. I figured the buyer could have a ready to paint item that way. It has had tack welds put on the lower bolts to keep them from spinning when installed. I want $60 for this not including shipping.
