All Original. No modifications...

Posted on craigslist in Seattle claiming to be "All Original. No modifications." Can you spot any non-original parts or modifications?

Re: All Original. No modifications...

Front and rear seats not original, center consol has a fuzzy top and a funky bottle holder on the side, spotlights on windshield frame, carpet looks like it came from a newer K5. Bet its been resprayed- not much discoloration around the rocker rust. I would say from here that is not an original 106 000 truck

3rd picture, funky bend on the t-case shifter. NP 205 shifter came straight with a bend at the top/below knob.

Did GM produce a red steering wheel? Never noticed one before. (I checked - yes they did, looked like a paint job from the pictures)

This was what made me look closer at the photos. No TH400 in the Blazer.

Re: All Original. No modifications...

Agree with above seats/rallys/counsel/spotlights/selector shaft/

Where the bowtie storage tray hanging from the dash, that's where the speaker is to be.
Looks like fabric on the kick panel walls, don't think that's stock.
Front hubs look like chrome/black(could be shadow). I think stock is chrome/blue

Re: All Original. No modifications...

I didn't notice the fabric on the bottoms of the doors. What is the box thing hanging below the steering column and the bracket next to the red box red box with the Chevy logo?

I was thinking that was an EQ, or some type of stereo equipment.

$14,500 for that? Is it me, or does it look pretty gross around the door bottoms/rockers?

Saw the bottom of the doors myself, but condition wasnt what this thread was about, so I didnt make a comment.

I also noticed a dent on the inside of the upper right door.
I speculated the wrap on the wheel was likely due to it being cracked.

Re: All Original. No modifications...

Hmmm...didn't mean to break the rules....

To come into compliance with what this thread is about, I'll point out the reciever hitch, white letter tires, and the exhaust that I'm sure is not original any longer.

Re: All Original. No modifications...

When you state "all original, no modifications" you are instantly subject to bit-picking

My intention was not to slam a truck or what the guy thinks it is worth but to see what the eagle-eyes in this board could spot as non-original in a truck claimed to be all original.

Have you spotted anything not mentioned?
