Doug Thorley header?

Does anyone happen to know at what angle the flange from the collector is at in relation to the frame? I have the 1 7/8" headers. I'm at work and away from home for several weeks and wanting to order some pre-bent exhaust piping so I can get my exhaust done next time I'm home. My goal is to keep the exhaust tucked up inside the frame rail for clearance reasons since my truck is low. Thanks in advance.

Tim

Re: Doug Thorley header?

I believe the headers will dip below the frame rail by a tad, maybe an inch I believe.

OK, I lied.

Re: Doug Thorley header?

I had seen that thread before but it only talks about the dt's with 1 5/8" primaries. Mine are the 323c-y with 1 7/8" primaries

Re: Doug Thorley header?

I don't know the exact angle, it's pretty tight, but you can keep the exhaust above the frame rails.

No I haven't. I think it may be best to have some patience (which isn't my strong suit ) and wait until I get home and put a angle finder on it.

I was hoping you'd see this thread. Thanks for the pictures. Any pics of the back half? Did you do 2 1/2 true duals, x-pipe or h-pipe?

Electric cut-outs with 2.5" duals all the way to the back.

Off subject, but I need a driveshaft like that. Did they make that custom for you based on their Camaro DS? I too have a 2014 L99/6L80E and converting to LS3 but haven't figured out how to attach a DS yet.

Re: Doug Thorley header?

Frank is who I spoke to. I would call him before I measure.
