Restored Bow Tie emblems 81-87
After I saw how much a NOS bow tie emblem goes for I figured I would try restoring the one I have for my truck. Here is the one I did. It looked pretty bad before this.
Anybody who wants me to restore theirs can send them to me and I will get it done. (PM me for shipping address and paypal address) The cost would be $100(+$5 for shipping back to you) for one emblem ($80 for the anodizing and $20 for the labor to prep them. If you don't prep them right and just send it straight to get anodized it turns out like crap.) I can have a few anodized at onetime so if you want more done the cost would be $135 for 2 emblems $170 for 3 emblems They will look VERY similar to the one pictured. When they are anodized different batches me be a VERY slighty different shade of gold compared to the last batch. You can barely tell the difference if you compare two different batches close up but it is there. NO COMBING ORDERS BETWEEN MEMBERS TO SAVE COST Last edited by dfrank; 10-18-2014 at 09:00 AM. |
