Factory tach harness firewall location
Anyone know the CORRECT location for routing factory tach harness through firewall on 1981

Should be on the left side of FW through the rubber plug area, also them 1980/81 style tach with the newer font, has always been a rare find for me, i have installed many in the 83-86 style truck, they look great usually found most of them in the 80 models (a few in 81's), with the birth of the font change.

Thanks for the reply the cluster I have has a factory harness with a rubber boot/grommet looks to require about a 3/4 inch hole.
