radio removal
guys how in the hell do you get the radio out of an 85gmcc15. there seems to be a black plastic thing in the way. just what all do you have to do to get the damn thing out!

should just slide out after yopu take out the two nuts on the volume and tuning knobs, the bracket off the back and unclip the wires if thres something black and plastic back thre its prolly a vent that should give some to ge the radio out

If you have A/C there is also a duct that runs over to the drivers side. I removed the screw on the panel right below the steering column that secures the duct and worked it off the drivers side first and then the heater box. It's not easy to get out but it does come out.
