Hood hinges - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Got a couple questions about our era truck hood hinges. I can get a chrome pair that are for 64-72 GM A body cars. Was wondering if they will work? They look just about the same as out truck hinges.

At first glance they may appear to look similar but they are night and day different and you would need to do very heavy fabrication and modification to make them work.
