'65 fleet SWB (DRUM brake help needed)
Hey guys,
I purchased a 12 bolt differential from a guy on Craig's List. The differential is out of the same year model pickup('65). The only issue is the entire drum brake assembly is missing. I found a guy on eBay with backing plates and drums off of a '72 SWB. will the Parking Brake cables from my '65 interchange with the '72? sorry if some what confusing. thank you, matt |

No.. The 72 has 5 lugs and you have 6. Just go to www.rockauto.com
and order the parts you need. Unless the backing plates are missing from the rear diff you got and what is wrong with your old diff.
