Relay tied to gas pedal?! 82 C10

After redoing some vacuum lines on my 82 C10 in an attempt to get the torq converter to lock up, I have noticed what sounds like a very distictive relay click whenever I press the accelerator. The sound really seems to be coming from the fuse panel, and only clicks off if the engine is running.
Could this be part of the TH350C? I didn't think it had a relay in the cab.

Seeing as I have NEVER heard a relay click off for any pedal in my truck I figured this was something to share.

No relay clicks with the brake.
