LS harness question....help please

I have most everything wired. I have a few plugs with no place to go.
I switched from the factory front accessories and went with a small condensed package for space. That said the aleternator, AC compressor and everything else out front has been switched.
Can I just terminate these plugs?
Will it start and run if I do?

What "front runner" system do you have? Most have POS 1-wire marine/industrial alternators?

What compressor, A/C system do you have?

Re: LS harness question....help please

Sanden SD-7 compressor and the alt is a 140 amp 3 wire.
Getting all of that to work is not a problem through the stand alone Haywire system..... just not sure if any of that feeds through or needed with the PCM
