Which radiator for upgrade
Which radiator did you guys use when going from a 6cyl to a 350. I will be adding AC and an elec fan. I'm leaning toward the 2 row 1" tube. Worked really good in my vette but never really taxed it much. Thanks

Re: Which radiator for upgrade
if your current radiator is in good condition it will work with fine with the v8 as gm only offered one radiator for both motors
mine was not so good after 30 years of action and 10 years parked i installed the stock replacement ''desert cooler'' radiator, bought from brothers; drop shipped from us radiator i also bought the shroud and 16'' spal fan from brothers; again drop shipped from us radiator it came with the trans cooler built in and was a direct bolt in

Ogre. If it wasn't for the truck now being converted to auto and adding an AC I would give it a shot. I'll probably go with what i know and get the 2 row with 16" fan
Rico, yep, was looking at those for the 59 Thanks |

Re: Which radiator for upgrade
Entropy Radiator makes one with all the extras that bolts in with dual fans and all the goodies. Way less than Be Cool or most of the others. They will also put the hoses in the tight spot for the motor.

Re: Which radiator for upgrade
We went with PRC, I actually called and talk to the guy up there and he built the radiator for our truck. We are running a big block with AC and all the bells and whistles. Probably a lot more than a generic after market one but I feel like it is going to cool the truck fine.
