I'll need a new floor mat. Is this one a good one?

Also, I notice a lot of you guys put down the reflective insulation, should I do that as well or not worry about it?

*1972 with 250 I6 and 3 speed on column.

The extra insulation will help the rattle effect a lot of trucks have and anything you can put between you and the road to dampen the noise is a good thing. I know nothing of the mat, as I have not got that far in a old truck build. Jim
