Porterbuilt trailing arm cross member and CPP tube shock mount
Hey guys, has anyone used the Porterbuilt trailing arm cross member on a static coil drop set up (6 out back). I like the thought of the adjustable feature for pinion angles ( plus it looks cool) . I'm also thinking of using the cpp shock tower for the rear...I'm converting a 3/4 ton leaf to a 1/2 coil rear so i need to put in the spring mount anyways. I checked the search and couldn't find anything.

I would just use the Porterbuilt rear shock assembly.
It puts the shocks at a better angle than the factory set up.

Re: Porterbuilt trailing arm cross member and CPP tube shock mount
I have the cpp shock tower with the ECE trailing arm cross member. I completely agree with lolife when he suggest using the PB shock mounts. Either those or the shock relocators from Rob at NoLimit. This puts your shocks to the outside of the frame and gets them to a more vertical angle. Plus if frees up room for exhaust. Here is a picture of my CPP shock tower with ECE shock relocators attached for reference.
