Hood hinges; don't make me build my own...

So is anyone still doing the plate-cut hood hing relocation brackets? PB used to make them when I started on here, but switched over to a sort of pocket-hinge that I don't like.

If anyone has the old style, let me know and name your price.

I wanted to avoid having to build them myself...but everytime I say that I end up having to do it.

Haha we'll see what happens, maybe I will! I completed a mechanical drawing today and we're gonna have it to the water jet later this week. It'll take me a bit to mock and then weld them up, but if my drawings are acurrate, they'll go together A-B-C.

So ya, I'm making them ...like I didn't see that coming.

Is your mechanical drawing on paper, or in a CAD program? If it's a CAD, would you be willing the share it so I could try and make them on my (to-be-delivered) CNC?

Mine's a good old fashion pencil and paper blueprint done with a plotting ruler and some dirty hands for rub-tracing areas haha. I'm oldschool sometimes.

I turned them over to my buddy who's a mechanical engineer who transcribed it over to whatever program the waterjet is using. I don't really have access to the files or anything, but I can ask him if he's willing to share them with me.
