Stepside question

Anyone know if the step to fender bolts can be accessed without dropping the fuel tank? I want to install my bed with the steps in place and put the fenders on at a later time.

Thanks

Re: Stepside question

Yes you can but a couple of bolts will require a swivel socket to get them tight.
