Finally painted!
Hey everyone, just wanted to share some pics.
I have a build thread in the projects section, but wanted to share some pics in the general section. Finally got the paint done on the little green truck. Finally after about 5 years and two different trucks becoming one, my project has a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for everyone's support during the build, enjoy the pics!

What a great look, very nice, the colors are perfect, and I love the picture with the old school boat.

Re: Finally painted!
That turned out great. I think I like the green better, since it is a little less common.

Re: Finally painted!
Thanks everybody!
I think may black out the grille again. I just can't make myself like the factory silver.

Re: Finally painted!
It looks really nice. Is there a reason you used the newer rear bumper? Was it preference or just what you had available? I ask because I know the sport bumper brackets are that much harder to find for the 81-87 trucks

That bumper has been on there for 30 years or so. I do want to find the correct sport bumper eventually but I'm in no rush. Now if somebody wanted to trade.... |
