Anyone willing to provide the following measurements for GMC Dash (pic included)

Starting the design phase of a replacement GMC dash bezel. I'll either be printing one, or milling it from block plastic.

I don't have access to one currently or else this would be a lot easier .

Would anyone be willing to provide the 1-8 measurements for me based on the pic below? #8 is a depth measurement. These should get me in the ballpark so in the next few weeks I can route these from cheap wood for test fitting/adjustment.

1. Inside measurement bottom to beginning of top curve.
2. Inside height measurement at end of curve.
3. Inside height center.
4. Outside height, edge to edge.
5. Inside width bottom.
6. Inside width start of curve.
7. Inside width top where curve ends.
8. Depth

If anyone in the Portland area has one I could borrow for a couple of weeks that would also work swimmingly .

Cheers all!

Someone is actually mailing me a spare one they have, so I should be able to take measurements myself in a bit. Thank you though and will definitely hit you up if I run into a snag of some kind.

Is there a reason why your going to spend all that time building one when you can buy an aluminum one instead?

For anything different I think they charge $250 for it. I wanted three holes like stock with two smaller ones on each end.

Because it doesn't appear that their solution includes the trim ring needed to hold it in place. This solution appears to require that you have the original panel that you can cut out or place this on top of and reuse the original trim. Unless I'm mistaken and they don't show the photo of the complete unit, what they sell, in and of itself, isn't complete.

@64shortbed - that looks great! Did you have an original trim that you worked with, or if not, did that come from something else?

Ultimately I'm looking to make a solution where if someone staring at a giant hole where gauges would be, they could use something like this as a replacement. Aside from that, I'm doing it to learn new design skills, and exercise the CNC router I should be receiving soon .
