Rear shock brackets

Hey all I'm posting to see what kind of feedback I can get on the location on my rear shock brackets. The reason I made them like that is because I really don't have the room to put them to the rear and the other reason is I work in a metal shop so all the materials was free lol.

Re: Rear shock brackets

They look okay to me. They don't bind or limit your travel, right?

Re: Rear shock brackets

Nope not at all. Well the shock does only because it is a factory shock I just didn't know if there would be a problem there

Re: Rear shock brackets

Only thing i see is not using a sleeved bags with the bags on the axle,Some say its ok to run a double convoluted on the axle but i rather use a sleeved bag it won't flex side to side like the double convoluted can.The shocks like said they don't bottom out or limit travel they should be fine like that.

Re: Rear shock brackets

Thanks guys for the feedback I really do appreciate it there is a lot of things I wished I would have done differently on my build. But this is my first build and I don't think it turned out to bad for my first but I wanna get another short bed frame and ride this one till I can save up to do another frame with porterbuilt parts. But again I really do thanks yall here is the rest of the truck with the bed sitting on it.
