Stepside Bed Hangers
How come there isn't a company that repops the step hangers for this generation truck? I can find them for 60-66 and 73-87. And of course all 3 generations are different. I have a lead on a pair but they are on a long bed stepside. I am hoping they are the same part. Any suggestions?

Re: Stepside Bed Hangers
They are actually in the process of being made right now. I sent a company my step hangers to have them reproduced as there was no company making them. I send mine to the Tri-plus people and the last I heard they were off and into preproduction stages with my parts. He told me it would take like six months to have any ready, and that was like 6 to 8 weeks ago. I think it is gonna be pretty cool that my parts were used to help farther the truck thing. Jim

Re: Stepside Bed Hangers
Can anyone verify that the step hangers for a longbed are the same for a shortbed?

Re: Stepside Bed Hangers
I would think [now this is only thinking] that the short and longs would be the same but I have no way of knowing this

Re: Stepside Bed Hangers
I will let you know on the long vs short deal after I get all my ducks in a row. We also had these made for the stepside fans.
