Re: where can i get This glove box part??
I think LMC sells everything except what you are wanting. I just went through this with mine. I don't think anybody sells it. The bushings from LMC are only the plastic "doughnuts" that inset into the holes in the dash. You have to have a nut welded into the side of the glovebox door to screw into. I ended up buying a glovebox door off of a parts truck listed on the parts forum. You could weld your own nut on the glovebox I suppose.
Good luck |

Re: where can i get This glove box part??
Several years ago when I couldn't find one, I ended up improvising. I had an old fashion roll up window shade with plastic ends sitting around and it was the perfect diameter. Just had to drill the hole to size for the bolt and it's been in regular use for 3+ years with no problems.

I'll unfasten it and post a photo if I get a chance. Unfortunately, I have more work than time –*sure many of you can relate.

The old 4-5-6 Chevy Trucks in Kansas used to have them. Not sure if they are still around.

Re: where can i get This glove box part??
Back a few years ago I used to snag those from trucks in the bone yards. I think I bought some aftermarket ones and they were junk so I started taking them. Where they are today? Around somewhere. hahaha
