Exhaust Manifolds
Has Anyone had their cast iron exhaust manifolds ceramic coated? How has the heat effected the coating? Is it worth the money? I painted mine with high temp header paint and they look terrible after about 100 miles.

Re: Exhaust Manifolds
Yes I have I used Jet-Hot coating. I can't say how it affected heat as I didn't take temp readings before or after the application. I think they are worth it if you don't like the old rusty manifolds.

Re: Exhaust Manifolds
I had mine ceramic coated last year. 10,000 miles and they still look good. Worth the money in my opinion
