Re: 60-66 Fleetside Long bed

I will gladly ship bedsides if you want to pay for shipping.

Greyhound will only ship 82" and these are a big longer. They would have to go truck freight. Let me check with fastenol.

That would be great. There is a fastenol here so that would work. I'm in Grand Island NE. Zip code is 68803. Thank you!

More pics of tailgate? I'm looking for a straight tailgate, small dents are ok, just as long as it is not bowed.

Besides greyhound and fastenol I don't really know of any other shipping options. Would fastenol ship them after the holidays possibly?

They wouldnt say. This was my first experience with them and I had to fill out a online application then wait for a email saying yay or nay. I was unable to reach anyone by phone to get more details.

Re: 60-66 Fleetside Long bed

Would you sell the wood and strips seperately? Could you describe their condition a bit better too? I'm building a patina truck and would rather find some originals instead of going the barn wood route.

If you would want to figure shipping, I could pick up at the Pittsburgh greyhound.

Greyhound wont take the wood as its to long. Shipping on new wood sets back east is usually around $150. If I can get the wood out without damaging it, it would be great for a patina truck. It was originally going in a customers patina truck but he decided to go new. Wood and strips, what sounds fair? $150? plus shipping?

Shipping big stuff is tricky and I would love to find a way. They are yours if we can find a shipping in a timely manner. Maybe try fastonal on your end. Maybe they just dont like me.

Adding shipping at that price would definitely make it more than I could spend at the moment. But... I forgot to say that it would be for a short bed. So if you'd be willing to cut them so it'll fall within greyhounds limits maybe we could make a deal. Weight might be another story though?

From what I have read and prices with grey hound, weight is never really an issue. I could be wrong. If I can get it out without breaking it I should be able to cut it down to size for you. Its a little more work but if you get what you need and I get some parts gone, Im ok with that. Im quickly running out of room to store stuff.

Could you give me an approximate weight and dimensions of the bedsides so I can use their online quote estimator? Thanks.
