New Gen (LT) ECM's have wastegate control.
Well if that don't hint at something...
They have dual wastegate control

Caddy ATS-V has a Twin Turbo V6. Could use the same ECM I suppose, but if not

Well to be fair...GM has had wastegate control in the ECMs since at least 2008 with the Cobalt SS
