67-72 C10 questions...HELP
I've got the chance to acquire a 72 C10 2WD as early as this week. It's a roller meaning no engine for sure and possibly only the transmission. The seller claims it's a true short bed and not a chopped long bed.
Any specific trouble spots I should look for when inspecting the frame or body? I've seen pics of the truck and already know it has rust at the usual spots but I'm mostly concerned about the frame checking out. I've never dealt with this old of a truck. Any help is greatly appreciated before I dive into it. Big thanks in advance!! Oh yea and of course this will absolutely be an LS swap. Possibly boosted too. Check the frame out under the can to just make sure it is a true short bed. I would check frame good with a flash light.

Do these years suffer from a weak frame around the front/steering box area?
