IA GM serpentine alternator bracket adapter kit 140A!!

I've got some bracket kits made up featuring my exclusive 140A adapter bracket kit-designed to bolt onto your existing GM serpentine bracket, allowing you to easily upgrade from the stock 105A alternator to a more powerful 140A version in 5 minutes!

Brackets cut on a state of the art CNC plasma cutter and precise bends using a Bystronic press brake gives you the most compact bracket kit possible. This upgrade raises the alternator location by an inch (thus requires a 1-inch longer serpentine belt) and depending on the casting quality of your GM bracket may require only slight notching on the rear mounting ear for alternator clearance-as shown in the pics.

Kit comes with all new metric grade 8 uncoated hardware with serraded flange nuts to firmly secure this 8-gauge bracket kit! The alternator I suggest is Remy Gold series #91408 and is about $95 delivered from Rockauto.com and its a 100% NEW alternator and is rated at 140A. Price for this bracket kit $140 and realize there may be slight differences between GM serp brackets and/or casing variances in the alternators themselves depending on brand manufacturer but I've chose to use the largest cases alternator I could find and as stated, slight notching was required but was minimal.
