1966 K10 Hubs Questions
Hey all still working on my 1966 K10 stepside, Goldie.
Working on the front differential and I have a couple of questions. I have not been able to find a good parts breakdown of the stock hubs, so wondering if any body might have a good parts break down of the hub itself. I also have different parts on the drivers side as opposed to the passenger side. So I was hoping maybe someone might have an extra set of hubs and or parts. Thanks for any help

Re: 1966 K10 Hubs Questions
Thanks all for the responses.
Both hubs are the same. It is the internal parts that are different. One side has the spring and a partial spring washer the other has no spring and what looks like what maybe the spring washer. The parts breakdown maybe os use to see what is missing. Still would be cool if I could find someone with a complete set of hubs that they don't need. Thanks again for the info guys.

Re: 1966 K10 Hubs Questions
I would be the guy, I was looking at the post today. the parts are very similar. the 3/4ton flange is the only difference being larger in diameter. I have both 1/2ton and 3/4ton. I was going to have the flange cut down on a lathe before I found my 1/2ton NOS pair.

Re: 1966 K10 Hubs Questions
When these die, what specifically dies on them? I've read and heard of lots of people who have to replace their hubs--what do they need to replace?
I've got an original set on my '62 K10, but haven't taken them apart (and won't for a while), and I've got a Dana 44 that was put under a '59 GMC, and it has Ford logo blue locking hubs. -Brad
