Liftgate hinge rebuild

Does anyone have any info on rebuilding rear lift gate hinges. Mine have to much play in them.

the play is in the hinge pins? if that is the problem then you should be able to go to you local auto pats jobber and buy chevrolet door pin bushings, standard item. they are bronze bushings. if the pins are worn they need to be replaced. they may sell them also. if not they can be built up or have new ones made.
the other scenario is to tighten the hinge screws.
there can also be cracks in the sheet metal attaching, but from here you are the person to determine that.
