Help identify this noise (cont') better video

I got a better video, I'm hoping you can hear it a little better now. It's a squeak/ticking that isn't consistent, and it's happening during idle and while I rev it up a bit. Lemme know what you think guys.

(Hoses and vac lines are hokey pokey right now pls ignore lol)

Sounds like the ring gear is touching the starter armature bushing a bit

This is reaching out there. Had a broken fuel pump spring one time. I can't tell from the noise you have. It was many moons ago.

Nailed it. Crawled under the truck and the starter was wiggling. The problem is only one bolt holding it to the block is tightening up. The other one just spins when I tighten it so there's only one holding the starter
