Largest Tank for LS Swap

Hi everyone, I am looking for the largest capacity fuel tank that can have an in tank pump for under $500. So far, I have only found a 16 gal from Tanks Inc. with a Walbro in tank pump for around $435. Any suggestions would be a huge help.

I also have some light fab ability so I can make something else work if need be, IE a mustang tank, etc.

Thank you all for the input.

Re: Largest Tank for LS Swap

You can use a 70 mustang/Cougar tank, 22 gallons and sells with the 450 hp pump and sender of your ohm choice at $499 shipped

This tank is taller but the same length and width as a 64-68 16 gallon mustang tank
You would mount it from the lower rail from the bottom.

Re: Largest Tank for LS Swap

Find the fuel pump that would work, (in tank walbro255 for 400hp) and have some aluminum sheet bent and welded. It would be built to suit exact, in/out/filler/vent lines exactly where you want, and you get the pride in saying you had it built.
