upgrading tie rod adjuster sleeve ?

I have to replace my tie rods and was wondering if I should upgrade to a better adjuster sleeve?Is a 1980 2 wheel drive half ton 350/350

We have our aluminum adjuster sleeves that work well.

They do, and would just be a stock one. If meaning in that shape and design.... not that I know of. We just make them in aluminum.
