LS Coil Relocation

Those of you guys that relocated your LS coil packs into the frame......can you take a few pictures for me? Just trying to decide on placement. I'm probably going to build something similar to this and just looking for ideas. Thanks

Re: LS Coil Relocation

This is on my 60 wagon but similar idea. I had room on the frame next to the trans to mount my coils. Used brackets just like in the link above. I then bought a roll of msd wire and all the ends and made my own wires, installed heat shelding where needed and have had no problems. I love how it cleans up the engine.

Re: LS Coil Relocation

same but different, cheaper too!

Coil Relocate brackets - ebay

I buy a lot of LS parts from these guys, nothing but great parts, prices and service.

sorry, not to hijack, just thinking budget conscious.

Re: LS Coil Relocation

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'm going to pull the trigger on a set and go from there. I just can't stand to put those coils on top and cover everything up.

Re: LS Coil Relocation

Yes that's mine. The entire front accessory setup is from a 2011 Camara (LS3 stuff).

I will take a few more pics tonight.
